What can we do for you?
Sustainably produce your design on ceramic tiles. You can send us your designs, photo’s or Photostock files digitally. Your design can be photos on tiles, painting on tiles or graphics on tiles. You can even send your own tiles to be decorated.
We ensure that the quality is high and are produced in a durable, vandal-proof way. Our tiles are resistant to chemical dust and graffiti (for cleaning).
All our products are custom made for you. We create our photo tiles and decorations in full-color at high temperatures in our in house ovens on ceramic tiles at 800 to 1100 degrees Celsius.
About the colors
We print full-color CMYK with ceramic pigments. Millions of colors are possible thanks to the ceramic digital printing technique. Nearly every color combination is possible.
We make beautifull old dutch Delft blue decorations with our special kobalt pigments and we are ver proud of our photorealistic reproduction of colors: Ferrari Red, Vibrant Yellow and cobalt blue. You can always ask us for samples.
How fast can we produce?
A normal production range takes several weeks. We review and assess the design file for quality, resolution and feasibility and then consult you whether adjustments are needed.
Then we send you a color sample for you to asses. After this our production starts. The printing and baking of the tiles is all done in house.

Who are we?
Tile Bakery starts where the old Dutch tile tradition stops. While still remembering our roots. We are located in the middle of the Netherlands, just below Amsterdam in Utrecht. We produce custom-made decorated tiles and murals for architects, interior designers, government, artists, construction companies, and many more businesses.
We produce tiles for indoors & outside use: restaurants, hotels, kitchens or huge Murals on the facades of buildings, monuments or street furniture. Including underwater for swimming pools and fountains.
We also produce hight quality restoration and replica tiles.
Starting in 2003 we finished more than 1000 murals from small (1 m2) to big (100 m2).
Our promise to you
We promise that our designs will not fade away. Sun, water and heat have no influence on the decorated tile. The decorated tiles and murals are resistant to all aggressive cleaning materials you can imagine.
Our product have a very high material durability comparable to the old Dutch tiles from the 16th century wich still mantain their beautifull colors to this day. The decorated tiles and murals are resistant to scratches from most materials except sand, brick and diamonds.
How do we do it?
We use high-end ceramic printers combined with specialistic techniques. We have different methods to produce the highest quality results;
- With our laserprinters we use specialized ceramic toners for producing the most vibrant Magenta, red and cobalt colors.
- With our direct printer we use ceramic ink too achieve amazing detail and CMYK with extra colors red and cobalt.
- Silkscreen for gold and silver.
- Glazing for special glaze effects
About the tiles.
We can decorate all ceramic tiles. Wall tiles for inside, frost-proof for outside, floor tiles, or hand shaped tiles. Sizes of indivdual tiles can range between 10 x 10 cm and 60 x 60 cm..
